主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	介入期間（１２週）前後で 疲労： １）チャルダー疲労スケール得点 ２）POMS F得点	Before and after intervention period (12 weeks) severity of fatigue 1) Chalder's fatigue scale score 2) POMS F score
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	血中バイオマーカー(DHEA-S, IFNg. IL-6 etc)、自律神経機能、体表面温度、脳機能画像。	Blood biomarkers such as DHEA-S, IFNg, IL-6 etc, autonomic nervous function, surface body temperature, fMRI.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	70 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	当科外来で治療を６ヶ月受けても、十分な改善がみられない患者。	Subjects were outpatients with CFS who visited the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine of Kyushu University Hospital who didn't recover satisfactory in spite of the treatments for at least 6 months.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	後に疲労感の原因が明らかになったもの。	Patients were excluded if their fatigue was due to physical disease such as liver, kidney, heart, respiratory, endocrine, autoimmune, or malignant disease, severe anemia, electrolyte abnormalities, obesity, or pregnancy.
