選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）対象疾患は蜂窩織炎、化膿性関節炎（肩、肘、股、膝、足）、骨髄炎、化膿性脊椎炎、術後感染とする。
2)　発熱、発赤・腫脹などの感染所見、臨床所見上で上記感染症を疑う患者
3）血算、生化学検査にてWBC,CRPが当院規定の基準値より高値を示す患者
4）組織生検が実施可能と判断できる患者

1)Target diseases are cellulitis, purulent arthritis,osteomyelitis,vertebral osteomyelitis and surgical site infection.
2)disputable infection from clinical findings and infectious findings,fever up,redness and swelling.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）組織生検が技術的に不可能と判断された患者
2）内因性・外因性を問わず、出血傾向を有する患者
3）その他、研究責任者又は研究分担者が患者として不適当と判断した患者

1)The patient who has impossibility to undergo biopsy with technical term
2)The patient has hemorrhagic tendency regardless of endogenous or external factor
3)In addition,the patient who has determined impropriety from researcher
