目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1 陽子線治療装置を用いたがん根治的治療技術が既存治療を超える疾患・病態の観察研究による調査。詳細な検査を介入的に行う研究が望ましいと判断される疾患・病態の抽出。 Observational study, to investigate proton therapy will indicate superiority over the existing treatment methods according to the disease.
To extract the disease that more detailed intervention study is to be desirable.
目的2/Basic objectives2 その他/Others
目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others 2016年5月1日以降の全国の陽子線治療情報を登録し、「先進医療を実施可能とする保険医療機関の要件と考えられるもの」で規定している日本放射線腫瘍学会指定の全症例登録を実施する。
疾患毎に全国統一方針の治療を行い統一した評価を行う。死亡および予測できない重篤な有害事象、疾患別有効性等を、全国統一基準で観察する。		 To register a proton beam therapy information after May 1, 2016.
Medical institutions authorized to treat patients with health insurance which are approved to do advanced medical care performed all cases registration of JASTRO specified.
To evaluate with unified observation policy for each disease.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 全国の陽子線治療施設で該当の1年間（7月1日～6月30日）に陽子線治療が施行された全症例を対象とする。 All cases treated each year (July 1 to June 30) in the proton therapy facility.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria 保険収載された疾患に対する症例は除外する。 Cases that used public insurance are excluded.
