日本語
子宮頸部の胃型腺癌は胃型粘液を産生する特殊な亜型で、通常の腺癌と比較して予後不良と言われているが、従来までの細胞診と組織診だけでは正確な術前診断が困難である。そこで、本研究では頸管粘液中の胃型粘液を検出するシカHIK胃型ムチンキットを用いて胃型腺癌の術前診断が可能かを調べる。

Gastric type adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix is a subtype of cervical adenocarcinoma, characterized by the production of gastric mucin and poor prognosis. However, preoperative diagnosis of gastric type adenocarcinoma by routine cervical cytology and biopsy is difficult. This study is aim to examine the effectiveness of Cica HIK gastric mucin Kit with detects gastric mucin in cervical mucus on the preoperative diagnosis of gastric type adenocarcinoma

約20名の胃型腺癌患者の頸管粘液中の胃型粘液をキットにて調べたところ陽性率や約30%にとどまり、胃型腺癌の術前診断としての精度は不十分であると考えられた。
