2014年4月から2015年2月まで当院で早期胃腫瘍（腺腫、癌）にて内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術を受け、ESD後潰瘍に対してVonoprazan(20mg/日,5週間）による加療を行った連続する77例のうち、除外基準にに該当した2例を除いた75例を対象とした。
比較対照は2005年4月より2014年3月までに胃ESD後潰瘍に対してRabeprazole（ 20mg/日、8週間）による治療を行った870症例の中から、患者情報を知らない1名の内科医が、年齢、性別、潰瘍の大きさ、H.pylori感染の有無のみを記述したリストを用いて、Vonoprazan群とRabeprazole群として150例（case1に対して、 control 2を割り付け）をマッチングさせ、症例対照研究を行った。

The study subjects were 75 consecutive patients who treated by Vonoplazan (20mg /day, 5week) after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) for early gastric neoplasm from April 2014 to February 2015 at our hospital.

Control subjects were selected from among 870 patients who had treated by PPI(Rabeprazole 20mg/day, 8week) for artificial gastric ulcer after endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) from April 2005 to March 2014 at our hospital.
Age-, sex-, the size of ulcer- and Helicobacter pylori infection-matched two control subjects were selected for one case subject(control group).

当該疾患以外の疾患あるいは薬剤の副反応などにて内服を中止あるいは中断した症例

胃腫瘍に対するESD治療後の人工潰瘍に対して、Vonoprazanにて治療を行った症例の潰瘍治癒率、後出血率などに関して治療前後で評価した。　比較対象群として、条件をそろえた過去に当院でPPIにて治療した群を対照として抽出し、症例対照研究をとして検討した。

The aim of this study was to assess the effect of the Vonoprazan and the PPI for the ulcer healing and the prevention of bleeding after ESD.
The study subjects were consecutive patients who underwent ESD for superficial gastric neoplasm. Comparison objects were 150 patients who were treated by PPI for post-ESD ulcers.We assessed the rate of decrease in ulcer size and the postoperative bleeding rate in the two groups.
This study was case-control study.
