腎動脈内アブレーション治療における腎神経
焼灼の判定法（腎動脈内でのペーシング）の
検証を行う。また腎動脈内アブレーション治療
の安全性および有効性の再確認を行う。

・腎動脈内ペーシング時の血圧上昇の程度、心拍数増加の有無、痛みの有無
・術後3ヶ月における新たな腎動脈の解剖
学的異常（狭窄、瘤形成など）の有無（造影
CT、もしくはMRIによる）
・術後1週間、1，3，6，12か月目における血液
学的検査所見（白血球数、好中球数、血小板
数、ヘモグロビン量、ヘマトクリット値）、血液生化学的検査所見（血清クレアチニン、尿素
窒素、BNP、シスタチンＣ）、尿検査所見（蛋
白、潜血）の新たな異常の出現の有無
・有害事象の発生とその頻度

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 20歳以上85歳以下
2. 利尿剤を含む3剤以上の降圧薬内服中にも
かかわらず、外来血圧収縮期血圧が
160mmHg以上　（糖尿病例は150mmHg以上）。
3. 被験者が試験に関する説明を受け、試験に
同意し、本学倫理審査委員会によって承認さ
れた承諾書に書面で同意していること。

2. a systolic blood pressure of >=160mmHg
(>=150mmHg for Diabetes), despite
compliance with three or more
antihypertensive drugs
3. obtained written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 腎動脈の解剖学的不適格：腎動脈狭窄（＞
25％）、過去の腎動脈ステント留置術、一方の
腎臓へ複数の動脈支配がある場合
2. 推定糸球体濾過率＜30mL/min/1.73ｍ
2（4.3除外基準についての付記①参照）
3. ABPMによる24時間平均収縮期血圧が
135mmHg未満の患者
4. 6か月以内の心筋梗塞、冠動脈インターベ
ンション、脳卒中
5. インスリン治療を必要とする糖尿病（１型糖
尿病）
6. 2次性高血圧患者
7. 明らかな出血性素因あるいは凝固障害を
有する患者（薬剤内服によるものを除く）。
8. 非心臓関連の術前合併症によって余命が
12ヶ月未満とされている患者。
9. 現在、治験薬または他の医療機器の治験
に参加している患者［注：治験製品であった
が、その後に市販された製品について、延長
追跡調査を必要とする試験は、治験とはみな
さない］。
10. 妊娠中
11. その他、循環器内科医が当該試験の対象
として不適当と判断した患者。

renal stent implnataion, dual renal arteries
2. eGFR <30mL/min/1,73m2
3. average systolic BP <135mmmHg by ABPM
4. myocardial infarction or coronary
intervention within 6 months
5. diabetes requiring insulin (type 1 diabetes)
6. secondary hypertension
7. bleeding tendency or impairment of
coagulation system
8. terminal illness with life expectancy less
than 12 months
9. participating in other clinical trial
10. pregnancy
11. ineligible for the trial
