介入1/Interventions/Control_1	蛋白飲料を摂取し、摂取後、胃内が空になるまで10分毎に経腹エコーを行う。胃内が空になった時点から30分後にほぼ同じ熱量の飲料を摂取し、同様に経腹エコーを行う。	Each volunteer will ingest protein drink. After drinking,volunteer will undergo abdominal ultrasonography every 10 minutes until gastric emptying. After 30-minute wash out period, volunteer will take protein-free drink containing similar calorie and undergo abdominal ultrasonography in the same way.
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	蛋白飲料と同じ熱量の飲料を摂取し、摂取後、胃内が空になるまで10分毎に経腹エコーを行う。胃内が空になった時点から30分後に蛋白飲料を摂取し、同様に経腹エコーを行う。	Each volunteer will ingest protein-free drink containing similar calorie . After drinking,volunteer will undergo abdominal ultrasonography every 10 minutes until gastric emptying. After 30-minute wash out period, volunteer will take protein drink and undergo abdominal ultrasonography in the same way.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	米国麻酔学会PS 1-2の健常成人	Healthy adults categorized ASA physical status 1-2
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1.糖尿病 2.妊娠 3.BMI35以上 4.胃食道逆流症、胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍 5.上腹部手術既往 6.胃の運動に影響を与える薬物の常用 7.牛乳、りんご、ぶどうアレルギー	1. Diabetes mellitus 2. Pregnancy 3. Body mass index > 35 4. Gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer 5. A history of epigastric surgery 6. Daily use of drug having effects on peristaltic movement 7. Allergies to milk, apple or grape
