日本語
日本食構成食品の健康効果と簡便な摂取方法について１時間のグループ指導を受ける。食品摂取状況と体重を毎日記録してもらい、2週間後、4週間後、6週間後にE-mailにて提出する。E-mailにて個別栄養教育をうける。

Participants attend one hour group education class concerning the health-related information and easy way to consume the foods classified to the Japan Diet. They are encouraged to keep a daily record of their body weight and performance on the targeted food intake for 6 weeks. The record is required to e-mail to the educator, and they receive supportive individual advice after 2 and 4 weeks by e-mail.
