目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	「日本食」の慢性炎症改善効果を明らかにするための無作為化比較対象試験計画立案をめざし、「日本食」を構成する食品の摂取増加が慢性炎症に及ぼす影響を検証する。	To create a design of a randomized controlled-trial on the effect of the Japan Diet intake on chronic inflammation, the effects of increased intake of the Japan Diet foods on serum inflammation markers are assessed.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	介入開始時に対する介入６週後の「日本食」構成食品摂取量の変化量と酸化LDLの変化量との関連について評価する。	The relations between changes in the Japan Diet foods intake and serum oxidized-LDL concentration after 6 weeks intervention are assessed.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	高感度CRP MCP-1 IL-6	high-sensitive C-reactive protein MCP-1 IL-6

介入の目的/Purpose of intervention	教育・カウンセリング・トレーニング/Educational,Counseling,Training

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	日本食構成食品の健康効果と簡便な摂取方法について１時間のグループ指導を受ける。食品摂取状況と体重を毎日記録してもらい、2週間後、4週間後、6週間後にE-mailにて提出する。E-mailにて個別栄養教育をうける。	Participants attend one hour group education class concerning the health-related information and easy way to consume the foods classified to the Japan Diet. They are encouraged to keep a daily record of their body weight and performance on the targeted food intake for 6 weeks. The record is required to e-mail to the educator, and they receive supportive individual advice after 2 and 4 weeks by e-mail.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	体格指数BMI>22で薬物療法実施中の疾患がない者	Participants -BMI>22 -free from any disease with medical treatment at screening
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	喫煙者、 サプリメント常用者 健康食品常用者 介入期間中に食生活が変則的になることが予測される者	- Smoker - Lipid-soluble vitamin supplement user - Health food user - Participants whose dietary habit should be dramatically changed
