・年齢20歳以上。
・オルニチンの服用が可能である患者。
〔対照群〕
・過去3年間に膵切除術を施行された患者で、本研究に患者本人もしくは家族から文書による同意が得られている患者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

〔オルニチン摂取群〕
・未成年
・本研究内容を十分に理解する判断力がない患者。
・患者本人から同意が得られなかった場合。
・オルニチン服用ができない患者。
・何らかの理由で、膵切除がなされなかった患者。
〔対照群〕
・試験登録前に患者本人から同意が得られなかった患者

Patients who cannot understand study contents enough.
Consent is not obtained from the patients.
