吐血、コーヒー様残渣の嘔吐、胃管からの血液もしくはコーヒー様残渣の排出、直腸診、もしくは問診によるメレナ、タール便のいずれかから急性の上部消化管出血が疑われた症例

All consecutive patients with suspected UGIB based on the presence of hematemesis, coffee ground vomitemesis, nasogastric lavage with blood, or coffee grounds in the initial examination, or melena or tarry or black stool as determined by rectal examination or history

スタディデザイン：前向きコホート研究
研究期間：2016年3月から2025年3月
対象：吐血、コーヒー様残渣の嘔吐、胃管からの血液もしくはコーヒー様残渣の排出、直腸診、もしくは問診によるメレナ、タール便のいずれかから急性の上部消化管出血が疑われた症例
調査項目：性別、年齢、疾患、入院の有無、診察から内視鏡開始までの時間、内視鏡所見、内視鏡治療、輸血、ＩＶＲ、手術、再出血、死亡、
既往歴（静脈瘤、潰瘍、上部消化管出血、肝疾患、心不全、ＰＰＩの内服歴、内服期間）
バイタルサイン（収縮血圧、脈拍）、意識レベルがクリア（ＧＣＳ15もしくはＪＣＳ0）
失神、タール便、血液検査（WBC,Hb,Alb,BUN,Cre,PT-INR）NG挿入の有無と性状

Study duration:March 2016 to March 2025
Objective:All consecutive patients with suspected UGIB based on the presence of hematemesis, coffee ground vomitemesis, nasogastric lavage with blood, or coffee grounds in the initial examination, or melena or tarry or black stool as determined by rectal examination or history
Investigation items: Gender, age, disease, admission, time until urgent endoscopy is performed, endoscopic findings, use of endoscopic therapy,Blood transfusion, interventional radiology, surgery,Rebleeding, death, past history(gastro-duodenal ulcer, varix, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic disease, cardiac failure, use of PPI, systolic blood pressure and corresponding heart rate, the conscious, syncope, melena, blood test(WBC, hemoglobin, albumin, urea[BUN], creatinine, PT-INR), use of nasal tube
