主な結果/Results

日本語
15人の研修医は44±5 (平均±標準偏差) 人のLMA ProSeal挿入を経験した。15人中14人が20±8症例のLMA ProSeal挿入後に設定した成功率を達成した。10例ごとに経験数を区切った解析では、成功率 (76%, 86%, 91%, and 93%; P < 0.001) と挿入時間 (45 s, 35 s, 31 s, and 26 s; P < 0.001) は経験によって優位に改善したが、出血 (16%, 10%, 8%, and 10%; P = 0.124) と体動 (5%, 3%, 3%, and 3%; P = 0.54) の発生率は差がなかった。

Each resident encountered 44+/-5 (mean+/-SD) cases of pLMA insertion, and 14/15 achieved proficiency in performing pLMA insertion after 20+/-8 cases.
