その他関連情報/Other related information	１．研究デザイン 横断研究 ２．対象者の募集方法 調査実施時期（2016年2月以降を予定）に対象施設で勤務しており選択基準に合致した看護職全員に、本調査を依頼する。 対象施設は、東京医科歯科大学医学部附属病院・東京大学医科学研究所附属病院である。 ３．調査項目 （１）Evidence Based Practice Questionnaire Uptonら(2006)によって開発された、科学的根拠に基づく実践に関する知識・態度・能力を問う設問 （２）The Barriers Scale Funkら(1991)らによって開発された尺度の日本語版（清村、他(2003)）で、臨床現場における研究結果の利用を阻害する要因について問う設問の一部抜粋したもの （３）対象者の属性情報 年代、学歴、看護研究の経験、研究方法に関する学習経験、科学的根拠に基づく実践に関する学習経験など ４．分析方法 調査票の各調査項目について、記述統計による対象者の属性やスコアの集計を行う。 尺度の妥当性の検証では、因子分析による因子構造の評価、属性ごとのスコアの違いによる弁別的妥当性・既知集団妥当性の評価、関連するその他の調査票との比較による基準関連妥当性の評価の検証の評価を行う。 信頼性の検証ではクロンバックα係数・級内相関係数・κ係数などの指標を用いて評価する。再現性について検討するために、一部の対象施設において、test-retest法による調査を行う。 分析の進捗に応じて追加解析を行なう可能性もある。	1. Study design Cross-sectional study 2. Participant recruitment We will disseminate our questionnaire to nurses who meet inclusion criteria in two hospitals, Medical Hospital, Tokyo Medical and Dental University and Hospital of the Institute of Medical Science, the University of Tokyo The survey is scheduled to be conducted from February 2016. 3. Questionnaire items (1) Evidence Based Practice Questionnaire A questionnaire developed by Upton D and Upton P (2006) consisted of items of knowledge, attitude, and skill regarding evidence based practice. (2) The Barriers Scale Part of Japanese version of a scale developed by Funk S, et al(1991), which was translated into Japanese by Kiyomura N, et al(2003). The scale consisted of items regarding barriers for research utilization in clinical setting (3) Subject characteristics Age, education, experiences of nursing research, learning experience of research method and evidence based practice, and others. 4. Analysis Participants' characteristics is described by descriptive analysis. Validity is examined with fact analysis to assess factor structure . Discriminant validity and known-groups validity are examined by comparison of score among groups. Criterion validity is assessed by comparison with other questionnaire. Reliability is examined with Cronbach's coefficient alpha, intraclass correlation coefficients and kappa coefficient. Test-retest method is performed at some participants. We will add the other analysis according to the needs.
