Obtained written informed consent from the participant before participation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
血糖値・インスリン分泌や一酸化窒素（NO）産生に影響を及ぼす薬物を服薬しているもの、
半年以内の体重増減が5％を超えるもの、
多量飲酒のもの（1日アルコール飲用量が男性では40g以上、女性では20g以上）
糖尿病（高血糖）、脂質異常症の指摘を受けたことのあるもの
抗酸化サプリメント、抗肥満サプリメントおよび糖代謝改善に関するサプリメントを服用しているもの

Patients used glucose/insulin-lowering and NO related medication
No change of body weight within six month 5%>
No Heavy drinker(Men:40g>=, Women:20g>=)
Diagnosed as diabete and dyslipidemia by a doctor
Not taking the anti-oxidant, anti-obesity, anti-diabete supplementation

主な結果/Results

日本語
朝のカテキン試行は、朝のプラセボ試行と比較して食後120分、180分の血糖値が高かった。一方で、夕方のカテキン試行は夕方のプラセボ試行と比較して食後60分の血糖値を抑制した。

The concentrations of glucose at 120 min and 180 min after meal intake were significantly higher in the morning green tea trials than in the morning placebo trials. Additionally, the concentration of glucose was significantly lower in evening green tea trials than in the evening placebo trials at 60 min.
