年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1.眼科医が涙器疾患を有すると診断した患者 2.眼科医が涙器疾患を有しないと診断した患者 3.症例登録時の年齢が20歳以上である患者	1.the patient who was diagnosed to have lacrimal disorder 2.the patient who were diagnosed not to have lacrimal disorder 3.the patient whose age is 20 years old or older at the time of enrollment
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1.未成年及び本人の同意が得られない者 2.検査側の矯正視力が0.4以下である患者 3.狭隅角眼 4.明らかな角結膜疾患を有する患者 5.眼瞼内反・外反などの眼瞼疾患を有する患者 6.睫毛乱生を有する患者 7.研究責任者または担当医師が本研究を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した者	1.the minor or patient who disagree to participate in this study 2.the patient whose corrected visual acuity is less than 0.4 3.the eye with narrow angle 4.the patient who have apparent kerato-conjunctival disease 5.the patient who have eyelid disease such as entropion and ectropion 6.the patient who have trichiasis 7.the patient who was determined to be difficult of undergoing examinations in this study

その他関連情報/Other related information	研究デザイン: 症例対照研究 対象者の募集方法: 2016年2月-2017年1月に溝口眼科を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員 測定項目: 以下の非侵襲的検査を行い観察する。 1. 実用視力測定 2. 波面収差連続測定 3. 涙液メニスカス高測定 4. 涙液油層の厚み測定 5. マイボーム腺の形態測定	Study design: case-control study Rectuiting method of the responders: all patients which visit mizoguchi eye clinic from February 2016 to January 2017 and match the selection criteria Measurement item: The following noninvasive examinations are underwent. 1. functional visual acuity testing 2. wavefront analysis of higher-order aberrations 3. measurement of tear meniscus height 4. measurement of tear film lipid layer depth 5. measurement of meibomian gland morphology
