選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	術前のCT, MRCP検査にてIPMNと診断できていることを条件とする。	Patients with IPMN diagnosed by MRCP or CT preoperatively
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1. 他臓器癌の合併例。 2. 浸潤癌により主膵管狭窄がおこっている例	1. Patients with pancreatic carcinoma concomitant with IPMN 2. Patients with the stenosis of main pancreatic duct due to mass formation of invasive IPMN

主な結果/Results
その他関連情報/Other related information	本研究では2001年4月から2014年10月までの間にIPMNで外科手術を受けた146名を対象とする。 血清膵臓酵素（血清膵アミラーゼと血清リパーゼ）と浸潤性IPMNの発生率の関係を評価するために、アルコール摂取歴を含む臨床データを確認・調整の上、多変量ロジスティック回帰分析を行う。 浸潤性IPMNにおける膵萎縮と炎症細胞浸潤の評価を、腫瘍近傍と腫瘍から離れた断端部で行う。	This study included 146 consecutive patients with surgically resected IPMNs between April 2001 to October 2014. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the association between serum pancreatic enzymes (serum pancreatic amylase and serum lipase) and the incidence of invasive IPMN, adjusted for clinical characteristics including alcohol consumption. The association of pancreatic atrophy and infiltration of inflammatory cells with invasive IPMN were evaluated at the part adjacent to and away from the tumor.
