適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	適用なし/Not applicable
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	●早期胃癌、もしくは胃腺腫に対して胃ESDを受ける患者 ●書面での同意のある患者	Patients who will undergo ESD for early gastric cancer or adenoma at Tsuchiura kyodo hospital. Patients with written informed consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	●妊娠の可能性のある患者 ●授乳中の患者 ●使用薬剤アレルギーのある患者 ●治療対象とならない重大な臓器障害（心不全、非代償性肝硬変） ●治療時に消化管穿孔来した症例（内服が困難） ●その他担当医が不適格と判断するもの	Patients with the possibility of the pregnancy or the pregnancy Patients who are lactating Patients with allergy for the drugs in this trial Patients with severe liver dysfunction, or heart dysfunction Patients with perforation during ESD Patients who are disqualified for this study by physicians

主な結果/Results	V 群(n=43) とE 群(n=39)の潰瘍瘢痕化率は4週にて20.9%、15.4%であり、8週にて90.7% と92.3%であった。潰瘍縮小率はV 群とE 群で4週にて94.6% 、93.8%であり8週にて99.7%、99.3%,であった。いずれも有意差は認めなかった。
