評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	週2回、5週間のリハビリテーション終了時に立ち上がり、歩行機能を評価する。	Two times a week rehabilitation were performed for 5 weeks. We evaluate stand up and walk ability at the end of 5 weeks rehabilitation.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	維持期下肢機能障害患者にロボットスーツHAL(Cyberdyne)を用いたリハビリテーションを行い機能が改善するか調査する。 週2回、1回が30分から40分の介入を5週間行った。	We investigate whether rehabilitation using robot suit HAL(Cyberdyne) for patients with chronic impairment of low extremities results in their functional improvement or not. Two times (30-40 mins) a week rehabilitation were performed for 5 weeks.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	慢性の下肢機能障害 介助で立位が可能 座位保持が可能 体重80kg以下 身長145㎝～185㎝ 研究の同意がある	chronic impairment of low extremities possible to stand up with assistance possible to sit weight under 80kg height 145cm - 185cm obtained informed consent for the study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	重度の関節障害 指示が理解できない認知症	severe joint disorders dementia unable to obey instructions from therapists

主な結果/Results	HALを装着後使えるまでに期間を要しその間は機能が低下する。 歩行可能群で歩容異常のある例で改善がみられたが、筋疾患で筋力低下している例では改善は得られなかった。 歩行不能群では体力的にリハビリ継続困難な例もあり、歩行可能になった例も両側サイドケインの併用が必要であった。	It took several time exercises to accustomed to the use of "HAL". In possible gait group patients with abnormal walking patterns got improvement, but patients with weak muscle strength owing to their disease could not get improvement. In impossible gait group some patients could not continue rehabilitation exercise owing to their low stamina. The patient who could walk using "HAL" need to use bilateral side canes.
