選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者	The patients whose age is over 20 years at the time of enrollment in this study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	医師が適当でないと判断した場合	A patient who is judged as the inadequate subject of this study by the doctor.
