本研究の目的は，脳梗塞又は一過性脳虚血発作発症後に一部の患者に生じるADL低下の要因を検討し，フレイル（虚弱）との関連を明らかにすることである．

1）NINDS CVD第Ⅲ版により定義された脳梗塞又は一過性脳虚血発作で当院で急性期入院加療を受けた20歳以上の患者
2）本研究に自ら同意が得られること
3）本研究のモーションレコーダーによる運動機能評価が可能であること
4）脳梗塞又は一過性脳虚血発作に関して再発の有無は問わない

英語
1) A patient aged 20 and over who is hospitalized by acute cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack defined with the NINDS CVD-III
2) A patient who can agree with this research himself
3) A patient who can take part in the motor-function evaluation by the motion recorder
4) The existence of a recurrence does not ask about cerebral infarction or transient ischemic attack.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）重篤な合併症（心不全，呼吸不全，肝不全，腎不全，多臓器不全）のために，モーションレコーダーによる運動機能評価が困難と判断した者
2）妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性がある女性
3）その他，研究責任医師が対象として不適当と判断した者

1) A patient whom the motor-function evaluation by a motion recorder judged to be difficult for critical complications such as heart failure, a respiratory failure, hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency, multiple organ failure
2) A woman under pregnancy or with the possibility of pregnancy
3) In addition, a patient whom the research responsibility doctor judged to be unsuitable as an object
