介入1/Interventions/Control_1	タペンタドール50 mg/dayから開始し，STAS-Jが１以下になるまで，200 mg/dayまで増量	Oral tapentadol (50-200 mg/day) was given until the initial sign of signify analgesia was detected by patients.
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	オキシコドン徐放錠10 mg/dayから開始し，STAS-Jが1以下となるまで，40 mg/dayまで増量。	Oxycodone (10-40 mg) was given until the initial signs of signify analgesia was detected by patients.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	中等度がん疼痛（NRS 3～8かつSTAS-J 2～3）を有する患者 本研究参加について本人に文書同意が得られた患者	Patients with moderate cancer-related pain (NRS 3-8 and STAS-J 2-3) Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent form
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	強オピオイド投与歴のある患者 高度疼痛を訴える患者（NRS9～10あるいはSTASJ 4）	Patients with previously receiving strong opioid analgesic administration. Patient with severe cancer-related pain (NRS 9-10 and/or STAS-J 4)
