目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究は、前述疾患の病因の一つとして、腸内細菌叢/消化管リンパ組織を中心とした腸内環境、さらにはヘルパーT細胞の変化があるという仮説を立て、腸内細菌メタゲノミクスとT細胞機能の関連をを検討するものである。	We hypothesize that changed composition and function of gut bacteria activate T cells and are related to the disease aggravation. We compare metagenomics data with T cell responces.

(Rheumatoid arthritis) Patients fulfilled the diagnostic criteria proposed by the International Study Group. (Behcet's Disease) Patients fulfilled the diagnostic criteria proposed by ACR. (SLE)
