主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	ギラン・バレー症候群、フィッシャー症候群、ビッカースタッフ型脳幹脳炎における発症率、各症例における臨床症状、血液・髄液検査、電気生理検査、治療内容、予後を集積・解析する。	We investigate incidence, clinical manifestations, laboratory data, therapies, and prognosis of Guillain-Barré syndrome, Fisher syndrome, and Bickerstaff brainstem encephalitis.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	ギラン・バレー症候群、フィッシャー症候群、ビッカースタッフ型脳幹脳炎の診断基準に適合する症例	Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Guillain-Barr&eacute; syndrome, Fisher syndrome, and Bickerstaff brainstem encephalitis, respectively.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	本研究に不適当と考えられる症例	Patients who are not suitable for this study

主な結果/Results	全国の小児神経専門医538名から回答を得た（回収率50.4%）。2014年から2016年の3年間で、Guillain-Barre症候群（GBS）87名、Fisher症候群(FS)10名、Bickerstaff脳幹脳炎(BBE)6名だった。0-14歳の有病率はGBS 10万人あたり0.19人、FS10万人あたり0.023、BBE10万人あたり0.0071だった。GBS男女比 1.29/1.0、GBS分類はAIDP 39.7%、AMAN 24.4%、AMSAN 11.5%だった。GBS, FS, BBEは1年以内にすべて歩行可能になっていた。病院内死亡はなかった。早期に診断して適切に治療を行えば、予後良好であることが判明した。	We obtained responses from 538 pediatric neurology specialists (50.4%). The total number of GBS, FS, and BBE children in Japan for three years from 2014 to 2016 were 87, 10, and 6, respectively. These indicated that the annual incidence (0-14 years) with childhood population was 0.19 per 100,000 in GBS, 0.023 per 100,000 in FS and 0.0071 per 100,000 in BBE.widely distributed.
