日本語
浅大腿動脈に薬剤溶出性ステントを留置した2か月後、6か月後、12か月後の何れかの時期に行った血管内視鏡検査によってステント留置部の新生内膜被覆度と血栓付着の有無を評価すること.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

血管内視鏡
・ 血栓の色調（赤色血栓、白色血栓、混合血栓）
・ 血栓量(0-10%, 10-50%, 50%以上)
・ 新生内膜の最大被覆度、最小被覆度、不均一性
・ ステント留置領域の血管壁の色調と性状
・ 黄色プラークの有無、黄色プラークの量(0-10%, 10-50%, 50%以上)
・ 血管壁のびらん、解離の有無
・ マルアポジションに関する評価等
心血管イベント
・ 心血管死
・ 脳梗塞：画像によって確認された梗塞巣と神経症状が合致するもの
・ 心筋梗塞：心電図変化、虚血症状、心筋逸脱酵素から確定診断されたもの
・ ステント血栓症：ARC定義でDefinit又はProbable
・ 血行再建術：UTVR、TVR、TLR
3. 安全性評価項目
・ 大出血：症候性頭蓋内出血、致死的な出血
・ 重要部位の出血：消化管出血、粘膜からの自然出血等
・ 有害事象
4.薬力学的評価項目/血小板凝集能/遺伝子多型
・ 血小板凝集能をVerify Nowで測定し、血管内評価結果との関連性を検討する。またCYP2C19遺伝子多型と、薬効、血管内評価との関連も検討する

1. Major bleeding (symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage and fatal bleeding)

Pharmacodynamic assessment
1. The relationship between angioscopic findings and platelet aggregation assessed by Verify NOW.
2. The relationship between CYP2C19 polymorphism and drug efficacy

1) 下肢閉塞性動脈硬化症で、浅大腿動脈に薬剤溶出性ステント(Zilver PTX)が留置されている患者。
2) 血管内視鏡で観察可能な部位に薬剤溶出性ステントが留置される患者

2.The patients whose drug-eluting stent is implanted in the site that can be observed by endoscopy
