介入時および介入開始から3ヵ月後、9ヶ月後にJapanese version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA-J)などを評価する

Japanese version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA-J) will be evaluated at time of intervention as well as three months after commencement of intervention, and one year after commencement of intervention

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

介入時および介入開始から3ヵ月後、9ヶ月後に身体機能、老研式活動能力指標、GDS-15、SF-8 health survey、日本語版Lubben Social Network Scale短縮版などを評価

Physical function, the TMIG Index of Competence, a 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale, SF-8 health survey, the japanese version of the abbreviated Lubben Social Network Scale and so on will be evaluated at time of intervention as well as three months after commencement of intervention, and nine months after commencement of intervention

主な結果/Results

日本語
認知機能，ソーシャルネットワーク，QOLでは，すべての項目で有意な変化を認めなかった．身体機能では，TUGが教室後評価よりもフォローアップ評価で有意に機能低下し，歩数が教室前評価よりも教室後評価で有意に増加した．

There were no significant differences during the three phases of measurement in cognitive function, social network, and quality of
life. While in physical function, TUG was
significantly lower at post evaluation than follow up evaluation, and walking steps were significantly higher at post evaluation
than pre evaluation.
