　本研究では、既に放射線医学総合研究所で審査・承認され実施されている（もしくはその予定の）精神神経疾患患者群および健常ボランティア群を対象とした臨床研究（以下、「既存の臨床研究」という）における追加検討事項として、患者については一般診療の範囲内で行われる血液検査および髄液検査、健常者については既存の臨床研究で行われる血液検査における検体採取の際に、本研究のために検体の採取量をごく少量追加しこれを取得することによって、以下の点を目的とする解析を行う。①疾患の病態評価となる体液バイオマーカー測定し、ポジトロンCT（PET）を中心とした画像解析の検討事項に加えることでより精密な解析を行なう。②診断に有用となるバイオマーカーを探索的に検討する。

20歳以上の精神神経疾患（アルツハイマー病を含む認知症やパーキンソン病を含むパーキンソン症候群など）患者、および健常ボランティア。

Disease subjects: patients with neuropsychiatric disease (mainly dementia, e.g. Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease with dementia).
Controls: cognitively normal subjects.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

いずれもPET、MRIもしくはCT検査を用いた精神神経疾患に関するPET臨床研究へ参加した被験者以外は除く．

①検体採取
　原則的には、患者被験者については、一般診療の範囲内で研究協力病院にて血液採取または腰椎穿刺を行なう際に、また健康被験者については審査承認された別の臨床研究において血液採取を行う際に、同時に以下の体液をバイオマーカー候補として採取する。この場合に、本研究のために採集量が僅かに増える（多くとも血液30ml・髄液とも15ml程度）が、新たな体液採取行為により新たな侵襲を行うことはない。（ゲノムDNA、脳脊髄液、血漿、血清、その他リンパ芽球、RNAなど。）ただし全例全項目ではなく、拒否のあった検体の追加的採取、追加的解析は行わない。病院の一般検査を外注している委託業者と提携して、検体の集配などの業務を委託する。
②検体測定・分析
　検体は新潟大学脳研究所および理化学研究所に搬送し、遺伝子解析、生化学的解析を含め分析を行なう。また検体の凍結保存も新潟大学で行なう。
③データ解析
　これらの検体データを放射線医学総合研究所にもフィードバックし、患者の臨床診断を再検討や、患者および健常ボランティアの各PET臨床研究で得られた心理、頭部画像データとの比較検討や相関解析を行うことで、診断や病態に寄与すると考えられる因子を見出す。

Method: during the visit for the examinations including PET scan, other blood (< 30 ml) or cerebrospinal fluid (< 15 ml) will be sampled for the assessment of candidate biomarkers. The genome DNA, cerebrospinal fluid, blood plasma, serum, and others are examined at Brain Research Institute, University of Niigata, and Institute of Physical and Chemical Research, if approved. Moreover, the bio-samples are going to be stored mainly in Brain Research Institute, Niigata. All the data are going to be shared for analysis using clinical parameters, psychometric tests, and neuroimaging.
