日本語
マスク換気と気管挿管の技術は、気道管理上、相補い合うものであるが、従来の気道評価は、挿管困難に焦点が当てられてきた。米国で多施設研究（2013）が発表されたが、日本人患者を対象に、「12の術前評価項目」の妥当性について、検証を試みた。

The techniques of mask ventilation and intubation complement each other. Airway evaluation has been focused on difficult intubation.In 2013 multicenter study has been published in US.We tried to verify the validity of the 12 preoperative evaluation items to target the Japanese patients.

当院診療科にて、急速導入による全身麻酔で手術を受けた成人患者

Adult patients who had undergone surgery under general anesthesia started by rapid introduction at our hospital.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
迅速導入でマスク換気がなされなかった症例、最初から意識下挿管が計画された症例、最初からSGAを使用予定であった症例

Patients who had'nt been undergone mask ventilation during anesthesia induction, patients who had been planned awake intubation from the beginning, patients who had been planned to use supraglottic device from the beginning.
