目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
肝胆道系疾患および先天性代謝疾患では胆汁酸をはじめとするコレステロール代謝物の変動が報告されている。この変動は質的量的にも幅が広く、網羅的にメタボローム解析を行うことでコレステロール代謝物から、疾患マーカーを見つけられる可能性は十分に高いと考えられる。そこで申請者はコレステロール代謝物を対象とする網羅的解析による各疾患のバイオマーカー探索を目的とした。

Many report of the variaton of cholesterol metabolite profile in hepatobiliary diseases and inborn errors of metabolism have been published. The qualitative and quantitative variation of them are variable, so, it is probable for finding disease specific biomarkers for cholesterol metabolic diseases. The aim of this study is the searching of the diaseses by comprehensive analysis of cholesterol metabolites.

ニーマンピック病C型、3β-hydroxy-Δ5-C27-steroid dehydrogenase/isomerase（3β-HSD）欠損症、リソソーム病、脂肪肝、NAFLD、NASH、アルコール性肝炎、B型肝炎、C型肝炎、原発性胆汁性肝硬変、胆管炎、肝癌患者のうち、文書による同意を取得した者。肝癌については本人に告知済みとする。
