新潟大学医歯学総合病院で、全身麻酔で行われる予定手術を受ける患者の内、橈骨動脈に動脈圧ラインを挿入し、かつ手術中に介入のため刺入部へのアクセスが可能な患者。

Patients who undergo surgery under general anesthesia at Niigata University Medical and Dental Hospital. In adition, they plan to need radial arterial catheterization and we will be able to access to the catheter insertion site during operation.

日本語
動脈カテーテルの屈曲による圧波形の描出不良やカテーテルの閉塞をしばしば経験する。フィルムドレッシング材の添付文書に記載されている方法（従来法）で動脈カテーテルを固定すると、ドレッシング材による圧迫のため刺入部位でカテーテルの屈曲を生じやすい。
以前に我々はこの問題を改善するために新たな固定法（枕法）を考案し、従来法と比べカテーテルの開存性をより保ち得ることを明らかにした（臨床麻酔36,1657-62,2012）。そしてこの研究をもとに、動脈カテーテルの固定を補助する器具「A-ナマラン」を開発した。
本研究の目的は「A-ナマラン」による固定が従来法に比べカテーテルの開存をより保ち得るか否かを検討することである。

An arterial catheter often becomes bent, leading to overamping of pressure waveform and occlusion of a catheter. If the catheter is fixed using a film dressings as described in package insert (conventional method) , the catheter is likely to be bent at the insertion site due to its compresssion.
We previously reported that we developed the new fixation method (pillow method) and showed that it keeps a catheter patent better than conventional method (J clin Anesth 2012 ; 36 : 1457-62). Based on this study, we developed the device which we named 'A-namaran'.
The purpose of this study is to see whether the fixation using 'A-namaran' keeps a catheter patent better than the conventional method.

20歳未満または80歳以上
血管炎などの末梢血管病変を有する
被験者本人または親族の同意が得られない
橈骨動脈以外の動脈にカテーテルを挿入された場合
その他研究責任医師、研究分担医師が不適切と判断した場合

Peripheral vascular disease such as vasculitis
