主な結果/Results

日本語
性と年齢も含めたうえで解析したところ、75歳以下にはパターンCを、76歳以上にはパターンBを提供したらMCIを検出できることが分かった。対象者全体のデータでの感度（69.0%）と特異度（76.2%）は高く、偽陽性率（23.8%）は低かった。そのため、この方法でMCIを検出できることが示された。

A protocol was developed as follows: if an older adult fails to accurately complete the allocated stepping pattern (Step Pattern C for aged 75 years or younger; Pattern B for aged 76 years or older), he/she may be considered as possible mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The protocol showed high sensitivity (69.0%) and specificity (76.2%) and a low false positive rate (23.8%) when applying to all the participants.

65歳以上の高齢者を対象とした。測定会場まで歩いてこられることとした。スタッフの指示が聞き取れない程度の聴力の者については対象から除外した。

Those aged 65 years or older participated in the study. They were required a walking fitness because they needed to come to a study venue. Those who could not hear staff's instruction were excluded from the study.
