1908人のRA患者を登録した。体表面積1.73m2で補正されたGFRと体表面積を考慮したGFRによる基準で60ml/min以下の腎機能低下のprevalenceを調べた。リスク因子の解析も行った。

A total of 1908 patients with RA were included in this study. The prevalence of renal dysfunction based on absolute eGFR and BSA-indexed eGFR was determined. Risk factors were analyzed in multivariate logistic regression analysis.

対象患者
熊本再春荘病院、佐世保中央病院、吉玉リウマチ科内科クリニックを受診した全てのRA患者（2014年10月から2015年5月まで）。

各年齢層ごとの腎機能低下の頻度を調べ、日本人のデータと比較する。
また、多変量解析により
腎機能低下発生に関与する因子を解析する。

Between October 2014 and May 2015, we consecutively recruited RA patients at outpatient clinics of community hospitals in Japan. Renal dysfunction was defined as an absolute estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 ml/min or body surface area (BSA)-indexed eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2. Demographic and clinical characteristics were compared between patients with and without renal dysfunction. Associations between renal dysfunction and possible risk factors were examined by multivariate logistic regression analysis.
