適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	35 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	70 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・中等度および重度の慢性歯周炎患者 ・残存歯数が18本以上の患者 ・口腔内を4分割したうちの2つ以上の1/4顎において、歯の近遠心平滑面に6mm≦PPD≦9mmの部位が認められる歯を1歯以上有する患者 ・全身的に健康である患者	･Patients suffering from moderate to severe chronic periodontitis ･Patients having at least 18 remaining teeth ･Patients having >=1 tooth with PPD in a range of 6-9 mm in at least two quadrants ･Patients with no systemic complication
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・喫煙者 ・妊婦 ・過去84日以内に抗生剤服用履歴のある患者 ・過去84日以内に歯肉縁下に及ぶ歯周治療を受けた患者 ・歯周疾患の臨床的徴候に対して影響のある薬剤を使用している患者	･Smoker ･Pregnant women ･Patiants who recieved antibiotics within the last 84 days ･Patiants who received periodontal therapy within the last 84 days ･Patiants who takes medication that may affect the clinical conditions of periodontal disease
