目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
マルチスライスＣＴを用いた冠動脈造影法により冠動脈疾患を診断し、疾患の有無による従来からの心血管リスク（年齢、性別、肥満、喫煙、高血圧、脂質異常症、糖尿病）、非侵襲的検査値[脈波伝播速度（PWV）、Cardio Ankle Vascular Index（CAVI）、Flow Mediated Dilation（FMD）]や血圧プロフィール、各種脂質プロフィールおよびバイオマーカー（抗酸化・抗炎症マーカー）値やHDL機能の違いを分析し、その意義について検討する。さらに、3年後にマルチスライスＣＴを用いた冠動脈造影法を再び実施することの同意を得る。3年後にＣＴを実施した患者について、再び上述の違いを分析し、その意義について検討する。

We evaluated the relationship between various parameters [conventional cardiovascular risk factors (age, gender, obesity, smoking, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes), blood pressure profile, lipid profile including high-density lipoprotein function, various biomarkers, brachial ankle pulse wave velocity, cardio ankle vascular index, flow mediated dilation] and the presence of coronary artery disease or the severity of coronary stenosis in patients who undergo coronary computed tomography angiography CTA. Moreover, we perform follow-up CTA after 3 years and analyze the relationship between various parameters and and the presence of coronary artery disease or the severity of coronary stenosis again.

3.試験薬の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
4.試験薬の禁忌に該当する患者
5.その他、担当医師が研究対象として不適当と判断した患者
