選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1)文書で参加同意を取得し得た被験者。 2) 当院で1999年から2003年の間に胃癌と診断され内視鏡的粘膜切除術あるいは胃切除術を受けた患者	1) The subjects who agree to participate in the study by written informed consent. 2) The subjects who are diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinoma and undergo an operation, ecdoscopic resection and gastrectomy at our hospital from 1999 to 2003.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	試験分担（担当）医師及び責任医師が不適格と判断した被験者。	The subjects who are judged to be inappropriate for this study by doctors conducting the study.
