選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	（1）ジェノタイプ1のＣ型慢性肝炎患者で以下の条件を満たす症例． （2）血液透析患者． （3）年齢20以上	(1) Chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis patients with HCV genotype 1 (2) Patients with hemodialysis (3) Patients with 20 years of age and older
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1) 非代償性肝硬変 (2) 肝癌を合併している患者． (3) B型肝炎ウイルスやヒト免疫不全ウイルスに重複感染している患者．	(1) Decompensated cirrhosis, Liver failure (2)patients with hepatic cell carcinoma (3) Co-infection with hepatitis B virus Co-infection with anti- humanimmunodeficiency virus
