選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1)組織学的または細胞学的に乳癌と診断され手術により原発巣が切除された後，これまで遠隔転移を認めていない症例。
(2)胸部CTまたはPET/CT検査にて肺に腫瘤陰影(3個以下)を認め画像または組織検査により肺転移と診断された症例。
(3)肺腫瘤以外に遠隔転移を疑う画像所見を認めない症例。
(4)原発巣においてER, PgR,HER2が病理学的に診断されている症例
(5) 本人より文書にて同意が得られた症例

(2)under 3 lung metastasesdiagnosed by CT, PET/CT or biposy.
(3)only lung metastasis
(4)ER, PgR and HER2 expression were diagnosed by primary breast cancer tumor
