目的1/Narrative objectives1	大腸癌患者の大腸癌部、腺腫部、正常部での腸内細菌叢の違いを明らかにする。	To clarify the difference of bacterial flora between colon cancer, adenoma and nomal mucosa in patietns with colon cancer.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	99 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	大腸癌を有している患者 大腸腫瘍を有していない方（対照群として）	patient present with colorectal cancer subject without colorectal tumor as controls
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・既存の腸管に炎症を有する疾患患者(潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病、ベーチェット病など) ・重篤な心臓・肝臓・腎臓・神経・精神疾患を有する患者 ・血液凝固異常など検体の採取が安全に施行できない患者 ・内視鏡ガイドライン上、安全に生検が施行できない2種類以上の抗血栓薬服用患者。 ・文書による同意が取得できない患者 ・その他研究責任者が被検者として不適当と判断した患者	1 patient with inflammatory bowel disease or any other disease of bowel inflammation 2 history of heart failure, renal failure, liver cirrhosis or chronic hepatic failure 3 history of abnormal blood clotting 4 risk of complication of biopsy due to antiplatelet drug or anticoanrants 5 patients who we can not get written informed consent from 6 patients judged as being inappropriate candidates for the trial by the investigators
