1)急性胆嚢炎の診断基準を満たしている
2)中等症の急性胆嚢炎患者、もしくは中等症の基準を満たさないものの抗生剤治療に反応しない軽症の急性胆嚢炎患者

1) Patients with acute cholecystitis
2) Moderate or mild acute cholecystitis which was not relieved with conservative therapy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)重症の急性胆嚢炎患者
2)総胆管結石の合併がある患者
3)胆嚢癌の合併がある患者
4)解剖学的に経皮経肝的な胆嚢穿刺が困難な患者
5)多量の腹水がある患者
6)局所麻酔に対するアレルギーがある患者
7)その他、研究責任者が不適当と判断した患者

2)Patients with choledocholithiasis
3)Patients with gallbladder cancer
4)Patients with difficulty in percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder aspiration
5)Patients with severe ascites
6) Patients with hypersensitivity of local anesthesia
7)Inappropriate patient
