１）ドレナージを要する急性胆嚢炎と診断された症例
２）同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の者
３）本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1)Patients in whom gallbladder drainage are needed
2)Age >20
3)Written informed consent was obtained.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１）内視鏡的アプローチ困難な症例
２）他臓器に重篤な合併症を有する症例
３）Informed consentの得られない症例
４）その他、試験責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適切と判断した患者

1)Cases having difficulty in endoscopic approach
2)Cases with sever complication in other organs
3)Cases without informed consent
4)Cases judged by principal investigator to be inadequate as subjects
