目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	FAP患者を対象にカプセル内視鏡とダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡による小腸観察を行い、小腸ポリープの頻度や特徴を明らかにする。また病理学的評価を行い、高度異型腺腫や癌のリスクファクターを検討する。さらにAPC遺伝子の解析を行い、遺伝子型と表現型の関係を調べる。	We will investigate the prevalence and clinical characteristics of small intestinal polyps using CE in a large cohort of FAP patients. We also will perform histological evaluation of the polyps using BA endoscopy and investigate risk factors for adenoma with high-grade dysplasia and cancer in the small intestine. Moreover, we will examine germline APC gene variants and analyze the genotype-phenotype correlation in patients with FAP.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	バルーン内視鏡を用いて、小腸病変の病理学的評価を行う。またAPC遺伝子の病的バリアントの有無を検査する。	We will perform histological evaluation of the small intestinal polyps using BA endoscopy. We also will examine germline APC gene variants.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	15 歳/years-old 以上/<=

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1)家族性大腸腺腫症と診断された15歳以上の患者 2)小腸カプセル内視鏡の停留を来すような小腸の狭窄を有さない患者	1) Patients 15 years of age or older who had an established diagnosis of FAP. 2) Patients who have no stenotic lesions in the gastrointestinal tract.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1)小腸カプセル内視鏡の停留を来すと考えられる小腸狭窄を有する患者や、医療用器具を埋め込んでいる患者 2)糖尿病など消化管運動の低下を来すような疾患を有する患者	1) Patients who have a history of bowel obstruction, an installed cardiac pacemaker, or other electromedical devices. 2) Patients whose bowel movement is expected to be reduced due to systemic diseases such as diabetes, systemic scleroderma, etc..
