酸分泌抑制能の異なる2種類のプロトンポンプ阻害薬（ＰＰＩ）を用いたピロリ菌除菌治療成績を比較検討し、除菌成績に影響を与える因子（ＰＰＩの種類、PPI代謝酵素、胃炎の程度、内視鏡所見、等）を明らかにする。
