日本語
大腸悪性腫瘍症例において、手術支援ロボット「ダ・ヴィンチSi手術システム」を用いて有効性、安全性を従来の腹腔鏡下手術と比較検討することで、腹腔鏡手術と同等またそれにとって代わる手術システムとなる可能性を検証する。

In a large intestine malignant tumor case, a possibility of becoming an operation system which is equivalent to laparoscopic surgery and replaces validity and safety for it by carrying out comparison examination with the conventional operation under laparoscopy using an operation support robot "da Vinci Si operation system" is verified.

(1)手術に関連した術中・術後有害事象発生率（開腹又は腹腔鏡下手術への移行、輸血施行、術中の臓器損傷、術後合併症、再手術の頻度）
(2)手術時間や出血量等の手術成績
(3)術後経過（WBC / CRPで評価する術後炎症所見、術後疼痛、入院期間等）
(4)病理学的検査における剥離切除面の悪性腫瘍の有無、摘出リンパ節個数

(1)術前精査で腹腔鏡下手術の適応が示された大腸悪性腫瘍を有する患者
(2)コントロール不良な合併症を有しない患者
(3)研究実施計画書にしたがう意思のある患者
(4)研究参加について、等施設の病院倫理審査委員会の承認を得た同意文書に患者本人が署名している

(1) The patient who has the large intestine malignant tumor adaptation of the operation under laparoscopy was indicated to be by scrutinization.
(2) The patient who does not have complications with poor control.
(3) A patient with the intention of following a research protocol.
(4) the patient whom the person himself/herself has signed.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)重複癌を有する患者
(2)頻回な開腹既往歴がある患者
(3)重篤な合併疾患（肝疾患、腎疾患、心疾患、血液疾患、代謝性疾患）を有する患者
(4)精神病または精神症状を合併しており研究に参加が困難と判断される患者
(5)研究責任者または分担研究者が本研究参加に、不適当であると判断した患者

(1) The patient who has multiple cancer.
(2) The patient who has history of multiple laparotomy.
(3) The patient who has critical complications.
(4) The patient who has merged the mental disease or the neurological manifestation and is judged that participation is difficult by research.
(5) The patient whom the principal investigator or the assignment researcher judged to be unsuitable to this research participation.
