片頭痛患者では睡眠障害や悪夢が知られており、レム睡眠異常が関係する可能性がいわれいるが、詳細は明らかにされていない。そこでわれわれは一次性頭痛におけるレム睡眠行動異常の有無を検討する

Sleep disorders and nightmares have been reported in migraine patients, which may suggest the involvement of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep regulation in migraine. However, the relationship between migraine and REM sleep behaviour disorder (RBD) remains unclear.Therefore, we explore RBD in primary headache patients.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

慶應義塾大学病院神経内科で診療を受けている頭痛患者でかつ同意を取得できた患者。国際頭痛分類の片頭痛、慢性片頭痛、群発頭痛および緊張型頭痛の診断基準を満たす患者。

Headache patients, who are attending the neurology outpatient clinic in the Keio University hospital, obtained the informed consent and fulfilled the diagnositic criteria of the international headache society, are included in this study .

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

慶應義塾大学病院神経内科で診療を受けている頭痛患者のうち同意が得られなかった者。

Headache patients, who are attending the neurology outpatient clinic in the Keio University hospital and not obtained the informed consent, are excluded in this study .
