通常内視鏡(WLI)画像診断に共焦点内視鏡(CLE)画像診断を加える事による腫瘍・非腫瘍の鑑別における上乗せ効果を評価し、読影者の背景別で比較する国別: 日本、あるいは、ドイツ、消化 管内視鏡検査の経験年数、共焦点内視鏡検査の経験件数、病理学の習熟度等)。

To elucidate supplemental diagnostic value of CLE over white light endoscopy(WLE), and also the reliability and reproducibility of the deferential diagnosis for superficial GI lesions using CLE by comparing outcomes by nations, GI endoscopy experience and CLE experience of reviewers and also diseases.
