目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	R0切除可能なcT2以深の食道胃接合部癌を対象として、縦隔リンパ節および大動脈周囲リンパ節の転移割合を調査する。	To invastigate the metastasis rates of mediastinal and para-aortic lymph nodes in the resectable cT2-T4 esophagogastric cancer.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	無再発生存期間、全生存期間、各リンパ節の郭清効果index（転移割合×転移例での5年生存率）、R0切除割合、術後合併症、再発部位	Recurrence-free survival, Overall survival, Therapeutic value index calculated by multiplication of the metastasis rate by the 5-year overall survival rate in patients with metastasis in the respective nodes, R0 resection rate, Postoperative complications, Sites of recurrence

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	適用なし/Not applicable
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 腫瘍の中心が食道胃接合部の上下2cm以内に存在する。 2)組織生検で腺癌、扁平上皮癌、腺扁平上皮癌のいずれかと診断されている。 3) cT2以深と診断される。 4) R0切除が可能と判断される。 5) 20歳以上である。 6) PS (ECOG)が2以下である。 7) 以下の臓器機能を満たしている。 白血球数≧3,000/mm3、ヘモグロビン≧8.0 g/dL、血小板数≧75,000/mm3、総ビリルビン≦3.0 mg/dL、血清クレアチニン≦2.0 mg/dL 8) 本人による文書同意が得られている。	1) An epicenter of tumor locates within 2cm of the esophagogastric junction. 2) Histologicall proven adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or adenosquamous carcinoma. 3) cT2-T4. 4) Resectable. 5) Age of 20 years or older. 6) ECOG performance status of 0 or 1. 7) Adequate organ function as follows: WBC >=3,000/mm3, Hemoglobin >=8.0 g/dL, Platelet >=75,000/mm3, Total bilirubin <=3.0 mg/dL, Creatinine <=2.0 mg/dL. 8) Written informed consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 胃切除の既往がある。 2) プロトコールで規定した手術が安全に施行できないと判断される。	1) Prior history of gastrectomy. 2) Cannot perform the surgery prerescribed in the protocol.
