選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

食事療法・運動療法と糖尿病治療薬での血糖降下治療中にも関わらず、2型糖尿病患者のHbA1cが6.4%以上であり、通常用量以下のスルホニルウレア剤、チアゾリジン系薬剤、ビグアナイド系薬剤、α-グルコシダーゼ阻害薬を服用している患者

Type2 diabetes whose HbA1c is >6.4% under life style intervention and ordinal dosage of SU or metformin or alpha-glucosidase inhibitor treatment

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・糖尿病性ケトアシドーシス
・重症感染症
・手術前後、重篤な外傷のある患者
・アログリプチンに対し過敏症の既往歴がある患者
