目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	遺伝性腫瘍の遺伝学的診断を施行し、変異の型、頻度等の情報を集積することにより、それぞれの患者の治療方針や術後管理のプログラム、およびその血縁者に対する管理プログラムの策定に役立てることを目的とする。	To establish programs of treatment and postoperative follow-up for hereditary cancer patients by accumulating the data of genomic mutations.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	①病状、家族歴等から遺伝性腫瘍が強く疑われる発症者 ②遺伝子異常を有することが確認された遺伝性腫瘍患者の近親者 ③家族歴等から遺伝性腫瘍が強く疑われる家系の未発症者	1. Patients with suspected herediary malignand disease. 2. Relatives of patients with comfirmed hereditary malignant disease. 3. Healthy members of a pedigree of suspected hereditary malignant disease.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	①各疾患の診断基準に適合しない者 ②カウンセリングを受けない者 ③自らの意思で判断できない者 ④未成年者 ⑤同意の得られない者 ⑥検査費用を負担できない者 ⑦倫理的、社会的規範に照らして検査が妥当でないと担当医が判断する者	1. Not enough for the criteria of the disease. 2. Client who doesn't receive pre-counseling. 3. Client younger than 20 y.o. 4. Client without a consent. 5. Client who cannot pay for the genetic test. 6. Client unsuitable for genetic test based on the ethical issue.
