目的/Objectives

日本語
運動機能改善薬であるacotiamideは胃運動を促進させることを目的として合成されたFD治療薬剤である。
作用機序はアセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害作用である。
アコチアミドが消化管排出時間にどのように影響を及ぼすか二重盲検比較試験で検討する。

英語
Acotiamide hydrochloride trihydrate (acotiamide) is a novel gastric motility modulator currently being developed for the treatment of FD. Acotiamide also inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity, and thus, the inhibitory action of AChE might be involved in the prokinetic activity.
We study that comparison of gastric and small-bowel transit time between Acotiamide, and placebo-controlled in healthy volunteers : a double-blind, placebo-controlled study by capsule endoscopy.

２）本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者。
