目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	RCT実施に向けた予備的検討として、ペアレントトレーニングの事前および事後に神経心理学的検査および質問紙検査を実施し、トレーニング前後での児の行動、症状、報酬と罰への感度と養育者の養育ストレス、養育行動の変化を比較対照群と比較することによって有効性を検討する。	To verify the behavioral parent training intervention for children with ADHD by questionnaires and cognitive function tests

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・子ども 注意欠如多動性障害の診断の子ども ・親 注意欠如多動性障害の診断の子どもを持つ親	child Patients diagnosed with Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder Parent Parent who have children diagnosed with Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	子ども ① 広汎性発達障害、統合失調症、双極性障害を有する ② 臨床的に速やかな薬物治療を開始する必要があるうつ病、高度な不安、緊張、激越を有する ③研究参加以降に、治療を目的とした新たな心理・社会的アプローチ（心理療法、行動療法、認知行動療法等）を開始するお子さん、もしくは研究終了予定日までに終了する予定がある 親 ①研究参加時の年齢が20歳未満または60歳以上 ②統合失調症、双極性障害を有する ③臨床的に速やかな薬物治療を開始する必要があるうつ病、高度な不安、緊張、激越 を有する ④研究参加以降に、治療を目的とした新たな心理・社会的アプローチ（心理療法、行動療法、認知行動療法等）を開始する、もしくは研究終了予定日までに終了する予定がある	Child 1.Pervasive developmental disorder Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, 2.A child who has a depression that needed a prompt medical treatment of them. 3.A child who starts a training program after the day of IC acquisition or finishes it before the end of this trial.
