脊髄障害患者を対象として、歩行停止能力の評価法を確立するために、今回新たに考案した５ｍ歩行・停止テストの妥当性を検証する。

5m歩行・停止テストと5m歩行テスト、TUGテスト、四肢体幹の筋力値間でピアソンの積率相関係数を算定する。外れ値を形成した症例については、その原因を個々に検討し、最終的に5m歩行テストの妥当性と限界について考察を行う。

I calculate the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient between five-meter walking test and stop-walking test,5m walking test, TUG test, the value of trunk limb muscle strength. Outlier cases were formed to consider the cause to the individual.Finally, we discuss the validity and limit of five-meter walking test and stop-walking test.

対象者に５ｍ歩行・停止テスト、５ｍ歩行テスト、TUGテストについてその方法を十分に説明し、練習を1回、テストを2回実施する。テストは説明を含めて20分程度で行う。

The subjects receive sufficient explanation for the five-meter walking test and stop-walking test, 5m walking test, TUG test, the value of trunk limb muscle strength, and practice them once.The subjects conduct the tests two times with setting a sufficient rest time following with their functioning and ability. The tests are conducted in about 20 minutes including the explanation.

理学療法を実施している脊髄障害患者の内、10ｍ程度の屋内歩行が見守りレベル以上可能な者

The patients with spinal cord injury receiving physical therapy have more ability to walk indoors ten-meter distance with supervision.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
発症後および術後全身状態が不安定な者、その他10m程度の歩行によりバイタルサインの著しい変動や疾病の増悪を引き起こすと予測される者、言語による指示理解が困難な者

Insecure subjects in acute phase after developing the symptoms and receiving operation.Subjects who are predicted to cause the significant fluctuating on vital sign and adverse events on the symptoms.Subjects who have difficulties in understanding the verbal instruction.
