electrical cleansing(大腸内の糞便、残渣などを画像処理により除去する)を効率化するために、ヨード造影剤によってfecal taggingを行い、
2重energy CT撮影と撮影後画像処理により自動的にelectrical cleansingが可能であることを、大腸内視鏡をgold standardとして診断能比較を行い証明する

大便潜血反応陽性患者で、既知の結腸病変の有無を問わない
CTC診断医は、結腸ファイバースコープ検査やその他の病歴、検査所見を知らされないで読影する。

Patients with fecal occult blood positive including patients with colonic lesion present or unknown.
In both cases, CTC obervers will be blinded to the colonoscopy results and other medical records

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
